olice are appealing for witnesses regarding a serious sexual assault.
The incident happened at around 3am on Saturday 8th May in the children’s park area, behind the Kinmel Bay Community Centre. The victim, a 20 year old woman was befriended by a man as she walked home.
The man is described as being white, 5’5”. He had brown, short gelled hair which was spiked on top and graded cut on the sides. He had a tanned complexion, was clean shaven and had a slim face. He was said to be of slim build, slightly broader and muscular appearance across the shoulders.
He was wearing a white and dark blue vertical striped long sleeved shirt with buttons up the front and black trousers with a black belt which had a white buckle, and black footwear.
