Literature Wales has partnered with USA tour operator Tauck for the first time to provide a Welsh literature experience to Tauck’s ‘England, Scotland & Wales’ tour.
Running weekly from May – October 2014, each tour will stop off at the Royal Oak Hotel in the border town of Welshpool en route from Conwy to Stratford-on-Avon to enjoy an event with Wales-based storyteller Helen East.
The US is one of Wales’ key overseas markets and Visit Wales worked with Literature Wales to support the development of the relationship with Tauck. Tauck’s ‘England, Scotland & Wales’ tour takes tourists on an unforgettable experience of the British Isles covering Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, Hadrian’s Wall, the Lake District, Bath, Conwy, Stratford, Stonehenge and London.
