People in Blaenau Gwent are now requesting council services through their remote controls thanks to a new local access channel.
Blaenau Gwent Looking Local is available through Sky, Virgin or broadband connected Freeview boxes and also through Nintendo Wii.
At the touch of a button people can request services such as bulky item pick-ups and blue badges, or report fly tipping.
There is also information on jobs, benefits and public transport.
