With the traditional Welsh lovers’ day, St Dwynwen’s Day, on 25 January, the Gwynedd Literature Promotion scheme is offering a special service for the county’s lovers by sending a romantic message and card to that special person in your life.
Gwen Lasarus, the Gwynedd Literature Promoter will act as messenger for all lovers in Gwynedd and beyond this year, and she’s encouraging everyone who’s interested in taking part to contact her.
“If you want to send a specially commissioned poem by Menna Elfyn for Saint Dwynwen Day to your partner, husband or wife, and a card and e-card designed by artist Catrin Meirion please contact me as soon as possible,” said Gwen.
“There are only 70 cards produced so please place your order as soon as possible,”
There is no charge for the service, but remember that you need to place your order immediately.

The project is part of the Gwynedd Literature Promotion Scheme, which is a joint initiative by the Academi and Gwynedd Council.
