Detective Superintendent Peter Chalinor said: “A man is now in police custody in relation to the incident last night for which a major search operation was activated by North Wales Police after reports that a young girl had been taken.
“Air support, traffic officers, uniformed officers and CID were deployed across the region and the young girl was found within a few hours. She is now safe and being looked after by police and family.
