A 38 year old vietnamese man will appear before Prestatyn Magistrates court this morning for drug related offences following the discovery of a cannabis production factory at a property in Rhyl over the weekend.
Over 500 cannabis plants have been recovered from the property on Princes Street with an estimated street value of £150,000.
The man who was arrested on Tuesday night in Rhyl town has been charged with production of cannabis and possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
A second man who was also arrested has been bailed by the Police pending further enquiries and handed into the custody of the immigration authorities”.
