A 25 year old man, from the Pontypool area, has been charged with robbery following an incident outside Barclays Bank in Pontypool in April this year.
The man has also been charged with conspiracy to commit burglaries, concealing criminal property and money laundering.
Another two men, a 31 year old from the Pontypool area and a 23 year old man from the Cwmbran area, have both been charged with conspiracy to commit burglaries and money laundering.
All three men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear before Newport Magistrates Court this morning Friday 23rd July.
