Commenting on today’s reports that Conwy council’s chief executive has been temporarily relieved of his duties, Shadow Local Government Minister and Clwyd West AM Darren Millar said:
“I am very surprised by the news. I trust that as a result of this decision the local authority and its members will ensure there is effective leadership in place so that the residents of Conwy receive the public services they deserve.”
