Monmouthshire Council to hold street lighting surgeries in neighbourhood offices

Monmouthshire County Council’s Street Lighting Manager Roger Joy is to hold surgeries in the council’s one stop shops at Abergavenny, Caldicot, Chepstow and Monmouth during the summer and autumn and invites residents to drop in so he can assist them with related queries.  Appointments will not be necessary.
