An exciting new initiative for people over 50 is being piloted in Flintshire.
My Life My Way is being delivered in the Trelawnyd, Llanasa and Trelogan areas of the county from February to April 2013. The initiative, funded by Flintshire County Council, is a partnership between Flintshire and Denbighshire’s Older People’s Strategy.
Councillor Christine Jones, Cabinet Member for Social Services, said:
“My Life My Way is designed for people over 50 who feel that they could have more control over their life, or perhaps would like to have more confidence for an improved quality of life.
“My Life My Way provides a fun, friendly environment for people to find out about and set personal goals on a number of topics such as creativity and growth, happiness, building social networks and more! “
The sessions are absolutely free to anyone who lives in Flintshire who is aged 50+ but you must book a place.
