In expressing the congratulations of the diocese to Nigel Williams, the Bishop of St Asaph, the Right Reverend Dr Gregory Cameron says, ‘Nigel is, in my view, the right person to carry forward ministry in St Asaph Cathedral, and I am delighted that he will be assuming this role in the Cathedral and the life of the diocese in the autumn.  He is a child of the diocese, and has shown great flair in his ministry in Colwyn Bay – flair which will be put to excellent use in the Cathedral.’

‘To serve the diocese as Dean is a great privilege’, says Nigel Williams, ‘I am looking forward to being a part of the community that makes the Cathedral a living place of prayer and worship.’
