Haverfordwest Reference and Local Studies Library will shortly be producing the 2011 editions of the annual ‘Directory of Local Groups and Societies’ and ‘Directory of Speakers’ publications.
The Directories will be available for consultation at all of Pembrokeshire County Council’s branch and mobile libraries, as well as on the library web pages at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/libraries
Copies will also be available to purchase at a charge of 10p per sheet.
If you are involved in a non-profit making group or society, inclusion in the Directory of Groups represents an ideal opportunity to increase public awareness of its existence and activities and to attract new members.
If you are willing to give a talk or lecture to groups of people on a subject that interests you, please consider being included in the Directory of Speakers.

The details required are as follows:
Directory of Groups and Societies:
Contact details (name, address, telephone, e-mail), group name, number of members, venue, location and language medium.
Directory of Speakers:
Contact details (name, address, telephone, e-mail), titles of talks or subjects and language medium.
The closing date for entries is December 10th 2010.
