The Vale Council’s online planning register has had a revamp, making it easier to use and more informative than ever before.
Users can now access live information on planning applications, with changes to records appearing on the register almost immediately – removing the previous 24 hour delay experienced on the old system.
The home page also has a new look, improving the feel of the system and matching it up with the council’s website for ease of navigation.
The improvements are part of an ongoing program of works to bring planning enforcement and building regulations information online.
