The Returning Officer of Denbighshire County Council is informing people of a by-election that will take place for a vacant seat to represent the Central Ward on Prestatyn Town Council.
The by-election will take place on Thursday, 28 October 2010. If the election is contested, the polling stations will be located at The Kings Hall and Prestatyn Leisure Centre and will be open from 7am to 10pm.
Any person wishing to stand as a candidate at this election should contact the Returning Officer for further information on 01824 706114 to request nomination papers.
Prospective candidates should submit their completed nomination papers to the Returning Officer, Room 235, County Hall, Ruthin, LL15 1YN no later than noon on Friday, 1 October 2010.
