The Returning Officer at Denbighshire County Council is informing people of a by-election that will take place for a vacant seat to represent the Pendyffryn Ward on Rhyl Town Council. The by-election will take place on Thursday, 12 May 2011. If the election is contested, the polling station will be located at The Botanical Gardens on Grange Road.
Any person wishing to stand as a candidate at this election should contact the Returning Officer for further information on 01824 706114 to request nomination papers.
Prospective candidates should submit their completed nomination papers to the Returning Officer, Room 235, County Hall, Ruthin, LL15 1YN no later than NOON on Monday, 11 April 2011
