Witnesses are sought to a serious personal injury road traffic collision at Castle Street in Merthyr Tydfil at 0300 hours on Sunday 14 November 2010.
Two local male pedestrians aged 19 and 21 years were in collision with a black VW Touran taxi and had to be rescued by the Fire Service from underneath it. Both males received serious injuries and are detained at Prince Charles Hospital in a stable condition.
Witnesses to the collision or to the movements of the taxi and the two males immediately prior to it are asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
