Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate 44 year old David Whaley who breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 2nd December 2009.
Whaley was serving an 8 year prison sentence for Burglary after being convicted at Cardiff Crown Court on 2nd December 2005.
Due to the fact that Whaley, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.
It is believed he may have links to the Swansea, Wolverhampton, Newport and Monmouth areas.
He is described as white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall and of medium build. He was last known to be wearing a black bomber jacket and blue jeans.
