Police in Swansea are continuing to investigate an incident which happened in Waunarlwydd between 8.20pm and 8.40pm on Sunday 2nd February.
An 18-year-old woman has reported being sexually assaulted by an unknown man after having stopped in her car in a lane off Cwmbach Road.
The suspect is described as male, of normal build wearing a dark coloured hooded top with the hood up.
Detective Inspector David Hough of Morriston CID said: “This is a very serious allegation which is being investigated and the victim is currently being supported by specially trained officers.
“I am appealing to anyone who saw anyone acting suspiciously in this area off Cwmbach Road on Sunday night to come forward. We also want to hear from anyone who may have any knowledge of this incident. Any piece of information could be vital to the investigation team.”
