Dyfed Powys Police have issued a traffic warning about an abnormal load that will be travelling from Kilgetty to Pembroke Port today.
The abnormal load, which is a 140 foot long trailer, will be leaving from Kilgetty roundabout at 2pm and heading to Pembroke Port along the A477 escorted by police.
Due to the length of the vehicle there may be traffic delays in particular at the Sageston and Carew roundabouts. Police are advising motorists to consider taking alternative routes to avoid delays to their journey.
Acting Inspector Gary Jones, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “We will do everything we can to ensure the abnormal load travels through the county safely and with the minimal of disruption to traffic. However, due to the length of the vehicle there will inevitably be some disruption to traffic.”
