Police officers in Lliswerry, Newport, will host a Health & Fitness Day on Sunday (18th April) between 11am and 4pm.
People of all ages are welcome to attend the event at the Moorland Park Community Centre, Moorland Park, Newport.
There will be free manicures and other freebies available at the event, as well as a range of interesting sports and fitness workshops to take part in.
The event has been organised by Newport East Neighbourhood Policing Team.
PCSO Rachel Peacock said: “As well as the free manicures, we have demonstrations from yoga, tai chi and contemporary dance groups.
“There is something for everyone and there will be a chance for everyone to have a go at one of the activities.”
