Swansea voters are about to get their poll cards for the March 3 Referendum on the law making powers of the National Assembly for Wales.
Around 187,000 poll cards have been sent for delivery in advance of the Referendum.
The aim is for every resident eligible to vote to get a card, but if you are on the electoral register you do not need a poll card to vote.
Anyone on the electoral register who does not receive or loses their card can turn up to their local polling station on the day and vote without it.
In addition to the usual style poll cards those voters registered to vote by post will get a new type of card that will advise them of the date when their postal vote forms will be arriving.
Matthew Hillier said: “Arrangements are underway to get over 187,000 poll cards to homes across Swansea next week but remember you do not need to have a poll card to vote as long as you are on the electoral register Our team is working extremely hard to help everyone who is eligible to vote have the chance of voting at this election.”
