Kind hearted Port Talbot AFC players have been doing their bit this Christmas by donating presents to vulnerable children in Port Talbot, 16 players and managers each donated a gift worth between £15 and £20.
Council Social Services staff accepted the gifts on behalf of the young people at a presentation at the club’s Victoria Road ground.
Head of Children and Young People Services Julie Rzezniczek said, “We are grateful for the generosity shown by the players, especially during the current economic climate”
She added “Social services staff will identify vulnerable children in Port Talbot who will benefit from the gifts and ensure they receive them in time for Christmas”.
