Cardiff Bay chaplain Revd Gill Dallow will lead a service of prayer and reflection for Norway at the Norwegian Church, Cardiff, on Sunday, July 31, at 3pm. She will be helped by Mr Stephen Palmstrom, a Norwegian member of St Mark’s Church, Gabalfa, who will say prayers in Norwegian.
