A man has died this morning (Tuesday, February 8) after being involved in a collision with a train near Bethel, Bodorgan.
Police were informed of the incident at 5.25am today by the Ambulance Service. Police, Ambulance and the Fire Service were called to attend and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Inquiries are continuing and the matter is now being dealt with by British Transport Police.
