Commenting on the Labour Party’s health policy launch, Nick Ramsay AM, Conservative Shadow Minister for Health and Social Services, said:
“While patients need improved access to GP services, it is unclear how the Labour Party would pay for these proposals when they’re slashing the NHS budget by £1billion over the next three years.
“At a time when waiting lists are rising, Labour politicians need to provide reassurances that the NHS, already facing £1billion cuts, will not see more money diverted from the frontline.
“Unlike the other parties, Welsh Conservatives will protect the NHS budget.”
