Commenting on reports that 146 jobs are at risk at an aerosol factory in Merthyr Tydfil, Nick Ramsay AM, Shadow Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology & Science, said:
“This is very worrying news for the workers affected and their families.
“This emphasises the fragile nature of the Welsh economy and the need for Welsh Labour Ministers to cooperate with the UK Government to create the conditions for economic growth.
“I hope Welsh Ministers will provide whatever support they can to the workers affected and work to secure the future of the factory.”
