Gardeners will get a chance to pick up unusual plants at Clyne Gardens this weekend.
Whether you’re a devoted horticulturalist or simply appreciate plants then you’ll be sure to find something a bit unusual to add some interest to your garden in the annual rare plant sale.
The sale takes place on Sunday May 15 from 10am to 5pm.
There will be a variety of herbaceous plants and trees on sale as well as ornaments for the garden.
This popular event is part of the Clyne in Bloom festival which runs from May 1 to May 31.
A variety of other events will also be taking place such as fun children’s art and craft activities and the City of Swansea band concert from 3pm to 5pm.
Volunteers from Ty Olwen hospice will also be on hand to serve up tasty refreshments throughout the month.
The festival offers the chance for gardeners and visitors to see the park in full colour when the rhodedendrons and azaleas are in full bloom.
And there’s plenty to appreciate with over 2,000 different plant specimens in the gardens.
Visitors throughout May can also get a chance to explore with guided tours every Wednesday and Saturday from 2pm to 4pm.
