Suzy at Gwyn Hall with a Phoenix Card
Regional AM Suzy Davies has backed the Gwyn Hall’s newest membership card, the Phoenix Card.
Mrs Davies, who was present at the Neath venue’s card launch on Saturday, said: “The Phoenix Card is a great way for local people to support their community and get a little something back as well as the joy of having this wonderful venue right in the heart of town. As well as the market and growing number of quality independent shops and cafes, the Gwyn Hall is one of Neath town centre’s unique draws
“The Gwyn Hall is far more than just a theatre and it runs a large mix of different events throughout the year. The Phoenix Card gives people discounts of all shows and events taking place there, as well as refreshments.”
Mrs Davies, the Welsh Conservative AM for South Wales West, added “Since the hall was gutted a few years ago it has gone on to be fully redeveloped.
“I am pleased that, since this time, this first class venue is being made available to such a wide range of the community to get people interested in different types of art and culture.
“I hope that as many people as possible take up their new membership card so that they can enjoy everything that they have to offer in their local area as well as support the Gwyn Hall so that they can continue to produce such a mixed output for everyone.”
