The Returning Officer at Denbighshire County Council would like to announce the results of the by-election for the vacant seat to represent the Plastirion Ward on Rhyl Town Council. The by-election took place yesterday, Thursday, 28 October 2010.

SI`REE, Ian John 19
THOMAS, Anthony Christopher Welsh Conservative Party Candidate 276
Anthony Christopher Thomas was elected.
