Plans of highway works associated with the new retail park in Prestatyn have gone on display in the town’s Scala Cinema and Arts Centre.
In July, Denbighshire County Council issued the formal planning certificate for the eagerly anticipated Prestatyn Retail Park.
The Council and the developer had needed to finalise legal agreements to ensure improvements to the town’s bus station, highway infrastructure and Listed Railway Station Buildings could be secured. This has now been done and it is anticipated the main construction phase will commence on site later this month.
Large retail companies are expected to open stores in early 2013.
