The situation regarding school closures for tomorrow is still unclear at the moment, although many of our schools have indicated that they will make every effort to open to pupils, unless there is further deterioration of weather conditions overnight. The following have already been confirmed:
Porth County Community School – open to years 12 and 13, plus staff only, from 9.30am. All other pupils should stay at home. No school transport will be provided
Ynyshir Primary – Junior department open, Infant department closed
Ysgol yr Eos – open to Years 1 to 6, plus staff, Nursery and Reception pupils should stay at home
Coedylan Primary – closed
Y Pant Comprehensive – open to years 11, 12 and 13, plus staff only. All other pupils should stay at home
