Denbighshire and representatives from the Denbighshire Ark Project, which is made up of welfare organisations from within the County, are inviting Rhyl residents affected by the floods in December, to attend a drop in session so they can find out what help and support is available to them in the coming months as they go through the process of getting their lives and homes back together.
The event is being held at the Community Fire Station, Coast Road, from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, 15 February, and those attending will be advised on what steps are being taken to reduce the threat of flooding in the future, advice on how to protect property in the event of a flood and also offering people the chance for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee about their experiences during and after the floods.
