Clwyd West AM Darren Millar cuts the ribbon at the official opening of the revamped Towyn Post Office
Clwyd West AM Darren Millar has cut the ribbon at the official opening of the new style Towyn Post Office.
Post Office Ltd has secured the future of the post office by doubling opening hours and modernising the branch.
Darren was very impressed by the new look when he undertook the official opening last Friday.
He said:
“I am delighted that Post Office Ltd have invested in this much used branch in Towyn, doubling the opening hours to make to it more accessible to its customers – even on Bank Holidays – and creating a new modern open plan format.
“Post Office services are vital to local communities, but unfortunately in recent years we have witnessed many communities losing these assets. It is therefore always great to see investment in Post Office services and I am sure that customers old and new in Towyn, along with the many visitors it receives each year, will welcome the new look facility.”
