Police closed the A494 Ruthin to Mold road near the junction of the B5430 to Llanarmon y Ial at 9.45am this morning because of a burst water main. The road is closed at Ruthin and from the Gwernymynydd roundabout.
Denbighshire County Council Highways Department along with police are at the scene and Welsh Water have been alerted.
It is understood that the road will be closed for a couple of hours.
