Coleg Gwent’s Usk Campus rugby team are continuing their successful season in the Gwent Senior Schools League with a run of three recent wins.
The team recently beat Caldicot School 41-33 in their division two fixture with a hard fought win. Lewis Bury, Jordan Marsh and Anthony Carter were try scorers.
The success followed impressive wins against Croesyceiliog School 64-0 and Chepstow School 42-10.
Assistant Coach Lee Gibbons said: “All three matches were played in excellent spirit by all teams. Special praise must go to Head Coach Gareth Betts whose expertise is helping to develop the team into a unit that is not only winning, but doing it in style.”
