Santa Claus will be visiting the children of Merthyr Tydfil not once, but twice this year in the run-up to the festive season!
On Saturday 28th November, Santa, his elves and two of his favourite reindeer will visit the Café Quarter at the lower end of high street between 10:00am and 4:30pm. Each child will receive a gift, while stocks last, and there will be the opportunity to have your photo taken with Santa and his gang! Tickets cost £3 and are only available on the day.
In addition to Santa, there will be a local craft market where you will have the opportunity to purchase locally made arts and crafts that will make wonderful Christmas gifts for all the family.
Also, on Saturday 12th December Santa will bring his Grotto, along with his elves to visit Merthyr Tydfil Street Market between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Entry costs £2 and includes a gift (while stock lasts).
A note to all children from Santa Claus: “Be sure to bring along your wish lists so I know exactly what you want for Christmas!”
