Police in Pontypridd looking for a convicted sex offender are appealing to the public for information.
Officers have been looking for Brian Ward since November 2013, when he absconded midway through his trial at Newport Crown Court which found him guilty in his absence.
Ward, who is 57, is from Pontyclun, but he also has links to Newport and other areas in the UK such as London.
Detective Inspector Dave Peart, said: “We have been looking for Brian Ward for some time and are keen to get him into custody.
“It is my belief that he is still in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area, and somebody is helping him to evade us.
“I will remind that person that they are committing a serious offence – do the right thing, contact us via 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111,” he added.
