Signing an agreement with The Food Technology Centre this week, to assist in funding a new technical post, Cae Groes Bakery is calling for applications from any food graduates or individuals with significant experience of the food industry that have an understanding of the importance of quality systems.

Cae Groes bakery started in the early 1900’s with a small bakery in the hills of Llanllechid. We are now supplying a number of the major retailers and are looking for the new recruit to assist the whole team here to continue the work that we’ve built up for well over a century.”
Commenting on the announcement Martin Jardine, The Food Technology Centre Manager noted: “We are delighted to be able to work with Cae Groes Bakery on this exciting programme. Our team of Food Technologists look forward to providing continued mentoring support to the successful applicant. We would also like to add a call of action of our own, to any established food business out there interested in such a partnership, to also get in touch with us. Here at The Food Technology Centre we want to see a vibrant food and drink supply chain which competes not only on a pan Wales, level but internationally.”
