South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to a Serious Road Traffic Collision, which occurred at approximately 16:49 hours, Monday 14th April 2014, on the A48 Cowbridge between Pentre Meyrick Cross and Bridgend.
The collision involved a blue coloured Yamaha YZFR 125 motorcycle, which was travelling from the direction of Cowbridge towards Bridgend, when the male rider has lost control, colliding with a Silver coloured Ford Focus being driven from the opposite direction.
Any witnesses to the collision, or who may have witnessed either vehicle being driven prior to the collision are asked to contact South Wales Police Serious Collision Investigation unit on 121.
