Dyfed-Powys Police officers are appealing for witnesses and any information after a serious sexual assault on a 16yr old girl in the early hours of New Years Day. The girl was attacked as she walked from The Venue Nightclub to a friends address in Llandrindod Wells.
Detective Inspector Owain Richards said, “I appeal for anyone who was in the North Avenue area of Llandrindod Wells between 03.30am and 03.45am on 1st January 2010 to contact Detectives at Llandrindod Wells Police Station”.
The girl is receiving specialist care and support.
Police particularly want to trace a male, white, 5’9-5’10’, in his 20’s with a square jaw-line and an English accent.
