Are you involved in sport in Rhondda Cynon Taf and would you like advice or guidance about any issue relating to your sport? If your answer is yes, then why not come along to the new Rhondda Cynon Taf a.i.m. Sport Surgeries?
At these free-of-charge sessions, you will be able to discuss issues and seek guidance from Rhondda Cynon Taf Sports Development officers on a wide range of issues. These include completing Community Chest or other funding application forms; joining the a.i.m. club membership scheme; accessing coach education courses or anything else that you may want to know.
The first Sports Surgery is on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, from 6pm-8pm in Rhondda Sports Centre, Ystrad. Sessions are planned for other dates in venues across the borough and each session is open to anyone, though slots must be booked in advance.

Rhondda Cynon Taf’s a.i.m. scheme is open to all sports club in the county borough and is part of the Council’s Sports Development a.i.m. (activate, innovate, motivate) initiative. The accreditation scheme has been put in place to develop, ensure and promote quality assurance in sport. Clubs that become a.i.m. members can access a wide range of benefits including money off specific coach/club education courses, money off goods purchased in selected local shops, and access to specific initiatives including a school-club link scheme.
