The Isle of Anglesey County Council is continuing to monitor the events at Llanddulas, near Colwyn Bay, where attempts are being made to salvage a cargo ship stuck on rocks.
They said:
“We do not expect this incident to have an affect on the Anglesey coast, despite the possibility that some diesel fuel has escaped the damaged vessel”.
The Island will be open for business as usual during what promises to be a busy Easter Weekend.
