In a mid-table battle, Newport HSOB beat Pill Harriers 30-28 thanks to a last-minute penalty. The hosts had looked destined to fall short after tries from Tom Diggle, Matthew Rees and John Burgess but Will Edwards stepped up in the dying moments to land his third penalty and pinch the win.
In Division Four East, newly-promoted Senghenydd won the bragging rights in a top-of-the-table clash at Chepstow.
