Rhyl’s RNLI volunteers were presented with a cheque on bank holiday Sunday, during the stations open day.
The cheque was presented by Fins Swim School following a sponsored swim at Pontins recently.
Lesley Wilde who runs the swim school said:
‘This was a great effort by the children, who were accompanied by members of Rhyl lifeboat crew and pool lifeguards. This is the second year running we have raised funds for the RNLI and are very pleased with the children’s results’.
