On Saturday at approx 11:15am, RNLI Horton and Port Eynon inshore lifeboat received an immediate launch alert to go to the aid of two teenagers who were seen to be in trouble off Pobbles beach Three Cliffs Bay.
One of the teenagers managed to get ashore and, as the other was nearing the shore, the lifeboat approached and took the teenager into the boat and proceeded back to the beach. Although shaken, no medical attention was required.
The lifeboat then set out for the lifeboat station where it refueled, ready for the next call.
