A course for anyone wishing to improve their communication skills, and get help with going back to work, starts on Thursday 9 August at John Summers Community Campus, Queensferry.
The Telephone Skills in a Work Environment course is for six weeks and will cover practical knowledge of oral communication skills, and the recording and record keeping of telephone calls. You will gain three Open College Network Credits at level two.
The course runs on Thursday mornings from 9.30am to 12 noon until 13 September 2012.
