AM Gwenda Thomas is encouraged small enterprises in Neath to take advantage of free quality business advice available later this month.
The Welsh Government’s Business Advice Week runs from November 28 – December 2. It is specifically geared to help small businesses that have been trading for more than a year and employ up to 25 people – the aim is to deliver 80 advice sessions a day across twelve regional centres.
Mrs Thomas said: “Small Enterprises are vital to the Welsh economy. The challenges they face in the current economic situation are considerable. As a Government, Welsh Labour is determined to offer these entrepreneurs all the help we can to not just survive the economic down turn but to grow.”
“I hope that many of the small businesses in my constituency will take advantage of this first–class opportunity for advice and support.”
During the week teams of business advisors will meet owners and managers in confidential, face-to-face meetings designed to diagnose their business needs and offer support and advice.
The nearest regional centre for small businesses in Neath will be in Brittanic House in Llandarcy. In order to avoid disappointment businesses are advised to pre-book appointments now by telephoning the Business Information Hotline on 03000 60 3000.
