Three of the brightest stars from the business world have joined CMC2, Monmouthshire County Council’s community interest company, to help the company take huge strides in the digital and green industries with the ultimate aim of benefitting Monmouthshire communities.
Following an overwhelming response to an open recruitment process, the three new appointments will offer their specialist skills and expertise to CMC2 as Non-Executive Directors.
With all of the new recruits living in Monmouthshire, there is real passion to invest in local communities and understand what they truly need to thrive.
New appointments are:
Delyth Harris: senior business leader in the IT industry, resident of Penallt and champion of her local community broadband scheme
Claire Morgan: Director of Corporate Services at Age Cymru and resident of Raglan
Jason Smith: co-founder of software analytics company Blurrt and resident of Gilwern
Councillor Bob Greenland, council Member for Innovation and Enterprise said:
