A drop-in session has been arranged for Prestatyn residents to come and see plans for the highways element of a scheme to develop land off Tip Lane in the town.
Denbighshire County Council has approved plans for 51 homes to be built on the land. The Highways element will involve realigning Tip Lane junction and Ffordd Isa junction and the installation of a controlled crossing on Ffordd Isa, including a combined pedestrian and cycle/footway along Tip Lane.
Those interested in seeing the Highways plans should attend the drop-in session, being held in the main hall of Ysgol y Llys, Princes Avenue, Prestatyn on Wednesday, 5 May between 3pm and 7pm. A representative from the Council’s Highways department and from developer Anwyl Construction will be on hand to discuss the scheme and to answer questions.
