A farm in Llansplutter-y-cough-gwyngy, somewhere in Powys has produced a pair of two headed sheep this lambing season. Farmer Osian Edward-Hughes was shocked when one of his ewes gave birth to two sets of twins both with two heads.
Commenting, Elin Jones AM, Minister for Rural Affairs said:
“I’m not really that shocked, we always expect one or two like that in Powys at this time of year.
“I blame in on Chenobyl or global warming or over-fishing of scallops or something like that”
Mr Edward-Hughes added:
“There should be a subsidy for things like this. Sheep with two heads and no privates are no use to anyone”.
